I host a regular menopause café at Inspire Fitness, right in the middle of Chippenham, with easy parking nearby at Hathaway Retail Park. 

Come along to chat in a supportive and informative environment. I invite guest speakers to talk about related topics that we might find helpful in this very normal but often tough transition time. All ticket sales are donated to Fear Free charity.
