Clinical Soft Tissue Therapist

Sarah qualified in 2017 from The Massage Training School in Exmouth with a BTEC Level 5 in Clinical Sports & Remedial Massage Therapy, (now known as Soft Tissue Therapy). She is an advanced, evidence based practitioner & keeps up to date with the latest CPD courses to continually add to her knowledge base. She has also developed a particular interest in managing persistent pain and exercise prescription.

Sarah's previous career was as a Registered Veterinary Nurse for nearly 20 years, this was followed by qualifying as a Level 2 Gymnastics Coach and gaining her Acrobatic Arts teaching certification. More recently she has become a Reiki practitioner and a Level 2 Gym Instructor.

In her spare time Sarah loves nothing more than mud! With a  passion for OCR's (Obstacle Course Racing)  and keeping fit. 

Sarah is passionate about helping clients from children to the elderly, active or inactive, to become pain free.
